Ingredients:

Mango layer:

half frozen banana

100g frozen mango chunks

130ml fresh orange juice

half sachet whey box coconut protein

2-3 ice cubes

Red fruit layer:

half frozen banana

100g frozen strawberries and raspberries

130ml almond milk

half sachet whey box coconut protein

2-3 ice cubes

Method:

Blend all mango layer ingredients in a high powdered blender. Pour into serving bowls. Rinse blender, then blend all red fruit layer ingredients and pour into other half of smoothie bowl. Use a spoon to gently criss-cross the layers together. Add your favourite toppings.
