Whey Box is simple.
Sign up and we’ll deliver 10 or 20 single-serving sachets (30g) of whey protein to you… every month!
We use Royal Mail so any address in the UK that can accept post, can receive a Whey Box.
Ordering is easy. Click get started then enter your payment and address details. Choose whether you want a box of 10 sachets once a month or twice a month. We’ll then ask you to choose how many of each flavour sachet you want, until your box of 10 is full.
Once confirmed your box will be dispatched the next working day via 2nd class post and will take 2-3 days to arrive. For example, if you sign up on the 8th we’ll dispatch on the 9th.Each subsequent box will be dispatched on the same date as the first. For example, if your first box was dispatched on the 8th September, it will be dispatched on the 8th of every month after that.If you have selected two boxes a month, your second box will be dispatched 14 days after the first and will continue as per the above.If your dispatch date falls on a Sunday or a bank holiday, your box will be dispatched on the next available working day and will revert to normal the following month.
We don’t tie you in to any long term contracts. You can cancel your recurring order at any time by logging in to your account.This is also where you can change which flavours you’d like to receive or the address to which you’d like your box sent.The cut off point for changing your preferences, details or cancelling your box is 11.59pm of the night before your next box is due to be dispatched. For example, if your box is due to be dispatched on the 8th, you can make these changes up to 11.59pm on the 7th.A calendar widget is visible when logged in to your account displaying your individual dates.
You can pay using either a debit or credit card. Payment is taken on the same date that you signed up every month. For example, if you sign up on the 8th your payment will be taken on the 8th every month.
Our boxes are considered large letters and therefore should fit through most UK letterboxes, though we cannot always guarantee this. We recommend supplying an address where you know someone will be available to receive it (such as your work address). If no-one is in to receive your box, your local postie will leave a card letting you know they’ve called. You’ll be able to collect your box from the local sorting office.www.royalmail.com/redelivery
