Almond and Honey Protein Easter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 x 30g Sachet Whey Box Vanilla Protein
  • 1 Cup Oat Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Miniature Sugar coated eggs or Chocolate chips

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Roll into balls and flatten down onto a baking tray
  3. Bake at 180C for 12 to 15 minutes.
