Ingredients

  • 40g Oats (blended to make oat flour)
  • x1 sachet of Whey Box chocolate orange protein
  • x1 Banana
  • 1 Egg white (30ml)
  • 1tsp Baking Powder

Toppings

  • Greek Yoghurt
  • Grenade Caramel Chaos Bar
  • Chocologic Sugar Free Chocolate Buttons

Method

  1. Blend your oats to make oat flour
  2. Mix together oats, protein powder and baking powder
  3. In a separate bowl mash a banana
  4. Add the egg white to the mashed banana
  5. Then add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients.
  6. The mixture should be very thick, but if its too stiff add a splash of any type of milk
  7. Heat a non stick pan to a MEDIUM heat, not too hot
  8. Spoon 2 Tbsp of the mixture into your pan and allow to cook for 2 minutes
  9. When firm get flipping and cook the other side for another minute
  10. Repeat and stack your pancakes
