Mint Chocolate Protein Fudge
Ingredients:
- 80g coconut oil, softened
- 70g almond butter
- 1 sachet Whey box mint chocolate
- 10g cocoa powder
- 15g honey
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients together until thoroughly combined.
2. Spoon into silicon cupcake moulds
3. Refrigerate for 30-60mins until set
4. Keep refrigerated
