Peanut Butter and Jelly Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 100g of a fruity granola or muesli
  • 1 tablespoon of Maca Powder (could sub for coconut flour)
  • 50g of peanut butter
  • 1 sachet of strawberry Whey Box protein

Method

  1. Pour all of the ingredients in to a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients until well combined,
  3. Put the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes,
  4. Take the mixture out,
  5. Role teaspoonful amounts in to balls,
  6. Store in the fridge!
