Gingerbread Energy Balls

These tasty little energy balls are the perfect snack for a mid-morning tea or coffee!


Thank you to Hannah for creating them!

– 1 sachet of Whey Box gingerbread protein
– 60g of blended dates or date paste
– 20g of chia seeds
– 25g of melted coconut oil
– 30g of sweetener (I used date nectar)
– 30g of coconut flour

Simply mix all your ingredients together, you may need some water to bind it… then take a teaspoon full amount and leave in little piles on a plate!

Put in the fridge for a couple of hours before taking out and rolling in to balls!
