Gingerbread porridge with berries and seeds

Our friend Zoey over at Transformation Lab (Instagram @transformation.lab) shared this gorgeous recipe for a warming porridge dish. Ideal as a post-workout meal or a fuelling breakfast, we can’t wait to try this one for ourselves!

Here’s the recipe:

  • x1 sachet Whey Box gingerbread protein
  • 75g Mornflake Porridge Oats
  • Alpro Soya Milk
  • Handful of blueberries and blackberries
  • Sprinkle of flaxseed, chia seeds and sunflower seeds

Method:

Cover the oats in milk, heat up to reach your preferred texture and garnish as required!

This recipe would also make a fantastic overnight oats so if you’re working out dashing out or exercising early one morning, throw all of these ingredients in a tupperware and leave them to rest overnight!
