Cocoa+ Strawberry & Chocolate Blondie Brownies

Ingredients

Strawberry Blondie Layer

  • 400g Tin Chickpeas (Drained)
  • 30g Whey Box Strawberry Whey
  • 90g Peanut Butter (or any nut butter)
  • 100g Honey (or agave, golden syrup, date syrup)
  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 5x Cocoa+ High Protein Chocolate Hearts

Chocolate Brownie Layer

  • 400g Tin Black Bean’s (Drained)
  • 30g Whey Box Chocolate Whey
  • 70g Apple Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder (or cacao)
  • 60g Coconut Oil
  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 5x Cocoa+ High Protein Chocolate Hearts

Method

  1. Pre Heat Oven to 180C and line a baking tin with greaseproof paper.
  2. In a food processor combine all the brownie ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Spread the brownie mixture evenly in the baking tin.
  4. In a food processor combine all the Blondie ingredients expect the cocoa plus hearts until smooth.
  5. Once Mixed, chop the cocoa plus hearts up and mix in with the Blondie mixture.
  6. Top the brownie mixture with the Blondie mixture in the baking tin.
  7. Bake for 35-40mins until a knife comes out clean.
  8. Leave the Blondie brownie to cool before slicing into 12 pieces.
  9. Finally top with the remaining 5 Cocoa plus hearts and get eating!
