- 1 sachet of Whey Box gingerbread protein
- 60g of blended dates or date paste
- 20g of chia seeds
- 25g of melted coconut oil
- 30g of sweetener (I used date nectar)
- 30g of coconut flour
- Mix all your ingredients together, you may need some water to bind it
- Take teaspoons of mixture and leave in little piles on a plate!
- Put in the fridge for a couple of hours before taking out and rolling in to balls!
