Gingerbread Energy Balls


  • 1 sachet of Whey Box gingerbread protein
  • 60g of blended dates or date paste
  • 20g of chia seeds
  • 25g of melted coconut oil
  • 30g of sweetener (I used date nectar)
  • 30g of coconut flour


  1. Mix all your ingredients together, you may need some water to bind it
  2. Take teaspoons of mixture and leave in little piles on a plate!
  3. Put in the fridge for a couple of hours before taking out and rolling in to balls!
