Gingerbread porridge with berries and seeds


  • x1 sachet Whey Box gingerbread protein
  • 75g Mornflake Porridge Oats
  • Alpro Soya Milk
  • Handful of blueberries and blackberries
  • Sprinkle of flaxseed, chia seeds and sunflower seeds


  1. Cover the oats in milk, heat up to reach your preferred texture and garnish as required!
  2. This recipe would also make a fantastic overnight oats so if you’re working out dashing out or exercising early one morning, throw all of these ingredients in a tupperware and leave them to rest overnight!
