- x1 sachet Whey Box gingerbread protein
- 75g Mornflake Porridge Oats
- Alpro Soya Milk
- Handful of blueberries and blackberries
- Sprinkle of flaxseed, chia seeds and sunflower seeds
- Cover the oats in milk, heat up to reach your preferred texture and garnish as required!
