Mint Chocolate Truffles


  • x1 sachet Whey Box mint chocolate protein
  • 85g oats
  • 85g medjool dates
  • 15g cocoa powder (plus more for coating)
  • 20g chia seeds


  1. Start by softening the dates in hot water then, add all of the other ingredients to a high power processor.
  2. Blend for roughly a minute or until a ‘dough’ forms.
  3. Using a teaspoon, scoop the mix out, roll in to balls and dust with cocoa powder.
  4. Leave in the fridge to set for 30 minutes
  5. These will last for up to 5 days in a sealed container and kept in a cool place.
