Overnight Oats


  • Oats
  • 200-250ml Alpro milk


  • Peanut butter, chia seeds, WheyBox cookies and cream protein (topped with almonds and cranberries)
  • Strawberries, blueberries, WheyBox vanilla protein and a dash of cinnamon
  • Pineapple, mango and WheyBox coconut protein
  • WheyBox Chocolate protein, cocoa powder and coffee extract


  1. Add WheyBox protein to the milk and mix
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl or container (enough milk to cover all of the ingredients) and leave in the fridge overnight. 
  3. By the morning, the oats will have absorbed the milk leaving you with a creamy and dense breakfast that tastes delicious! 
  4. You can even use frozen fruit as it will thaw overnight and be ready to eat in the morning.
