Ingredients:

  • 100g greek yogurt
  • 100ml milk of choice or water
  • 1 sachet Whey box chocolate
  • 5g cacao powder
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 50g jumbo oats

Toppings:

(optional)

  • peanut butter
  • drizzled chocolate chips walnuts

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients together until thoroughly combined.

2. Spoon into serving bowl of choice

3. Refrigerate for overnight

4. Add toppings in the morning
