Vanilla Protein Bars
Ingredients:
80g oat flour
2 vanilla protein sachets
30ml maple syrup
70g nut butter
20g coconut oil, softened
40ml milk of choice
40g dark chocolate chunks
Method:
1. Mix the oat flour, protein in a small bowl.
2. In a separate bowl mix the maple syrup, nut butter, coconut oil and milk until thoroughly combined.
3. Add the oat and protein powder mix, followed by the chocolate chunks into the wet ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms.
4. Press into a small baking dish and set in the freezer for 30 mins then cut into 6 bars and store in the fridge.
